Privacy

Draft for review before launch. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Digiplex Studio runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email or phone number, your current website if you have one, and your message. With it we note which page you sent it from, how you found us (for example the ad or link you clicked) and your country, so we know what's working. Your enquiry is stored in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and we get a notification about it through Telegram. Both process it on our behalf. We don't use advertising cookies.

Why

To reply to you about the audit, mockup or quote you asked for. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before a possible contract) and, for follow-ups, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Analytics

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you personally.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after retention period. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact email. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Free, no obligation

See your new site first.

No payment, no pressure. If you like it, we talk about the rest.

What would you like?
